Light Green Handleless Kitchen in Grafham
For this project in Grafham, we transformed a tired kitchen into a sleek, minimalist space with sophisticated colour choices and clever solutions to maximise storage.
Project Overview
-
Our client wanted a complete change from their old kitchen – something modern, uncluttered, and efficient. The aim was to introduce clean lines, plenty of storage, and a refined colour palette that felt stylish yet practical.
-
We chose the Uno range by Crown Imperial in Reed Green with warm copper handleless rails. This was paired with a quartz worktop featuring a delicate gold thread, tying the scheme together beautifully. A glass splashback was added for both ‘reflection and protection’, enhancing the overall look while being practical day-to-day.
-
The kitchen is packed with thoughtful features: an extra-tall fridge freezer offering generous storage, a compact 60cm venting hob that frees up valuable wall space, and a Quooker tap to keep worktops clear of clutter. The Haier oven stack delivers versatility with multiple cooking levels, racks, and even an air fryer setting, which is perfect for everything from family dinners to a bacon butty.
-
We removed two walls and installed steel supports to ensure the structure ran flush, a task that required in-depth knowledge of buildings, structures, and design. This allowed for a fully open, free-flowing space. We also bricked up an unused external door, removed an old boiler, installed new electrics, and completed the plastering, painting, and flooring.
-
The result is a minimalist, modern kitchen that balances style with functionality. Sophisticated finishes, smart storage, and premium appliances make it a space that is both practical for everyday life and a joy to spend time in.
